My journey with Āyurveda began in 1999, when I traveled to India for a Yoga Teacher Training. That same year, I became pregnant with my daughter. The experience of pregnancy and early motherhood deepened my connection to both yoga and āyurveda as I began integrating their principles into daily life in an authentic and practical way.
In 2005, I began my formal studies in āyurveda. I was committed to finding a path of study that honored the roots of the tradition and the science of āyurveda. That commitment came with challenges, but it also led to deep growth, meaningful mentorship, and a lasting sense of purpose.
Today, my work is a reflection of that devotion. I practice and share āyurveda in the way it was intended—as a holistic system of both prevention and healing, rooted in nature, rhythm, and wholeness.
