What we do, eat, and think on a day to day basis has the greatest influence on who we are and how we feel.

My intention is to inspire women on their personal journey towards vibrant health and well being by sharing the timeless knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga. I offer practical, sage advice to help women and their families create a greater flow of consciousness in their daily lives.

Working together we will draw from a tool box of Ayurvedic healing modalities which may include dietary and lifestyle recommendation, herbal support, mindful breathing techniques, yoga asana, and body therapies.
